Livi Kapital is a boutique equity brokerage firm, specializing in arranging Preferred Equity, LP Equity, Joint Venture Equity, and Co-GP Equity for experienced sponsors in every asset class of commercial real estate.

Livi Kapital seeks to source equity that poses a very high barrier to entry, including: family offices, long-term-hold investors, and 1031 TIC investors, with the ultimate goal of creating lasting value for our GP clients. At the same time, we never compromise on due diligence and underwriting, and work to ensure that both the sponsor profile, and the opportunity at hand, are an appropriate match to the investors we bring to the table.
