Jonathan Livi graduated from Yeshiva University with honors in 2017, with a bachelors degree in economics. He found his niche in structured real estate finance out of college, while working at a start up mortgage brokerage company. Since then, he’s been aggressively helping his clients source JV and preferred equity in every asset class. At the same time, he has been advising high net worth individuals from his community on how to build a downside protected, diversified real estate portfolio. Doing so has given him a unique perspective on the needs of both operator, and capital on any real estate transaction.
Jonathan also serves as an assistant Rabbi for the UMJCA, the United Mashadi Jewish Community of America. His passions include studying and teaching the Bible and working on large good-works projects on behalf of his local community. He resides in Great Neck, NY with his wife Kayla.
Chaim Levtov is an analyst at Livi Kapital and is responsible for the underwriting and management of the company’s deal flow.
Additionally, Chaim conducts market research, comp research, and sponsor/capital research to discover new ways of adding value for Livi Kapital’s clients/investors.
Prior to joining Livi Kapital, Chaim worked at different real estate firms in the greater New York area. Chaim is an active investor in real estate opportunities throughout North America and has been an avid reader and analyst of commercial real estate.
Chaim obtained a Master of Science from Touro University and currently lives with his wife in Israel.
Steven Kachanian is the founder and principal of Klosed properties and Bluesky Group, a large commercial real estate conglomerate in NYC. Steven currently manages over one hundred assets for his investment partners and runs a vertically integrated operation; all construction and property management are handled in-house, which enables him to execute swiftly and efficiently on behalf of his investors.
Steven brings his wealth of sponsor level knowledge to Livi Kapital’s co-investment platform. With his intimate understanding of construction costs, operational expenses, leasing risk, and sponsor risk that he gains through his New York operation, Steven ensures that every Livi Kapital investment vetted with the highest degree of care and attention to detail.
Ultimately, Steven’s passion is to do everything in his power to ensure his investors do well and are offered unlimited transparency into the nuances of any deal he’s involved in. His rigor and intensity are the backbone of Livi Kapital’s value proposition to its investors.
